    Thank you for choosing AI ULTRA, operated by Kunu AI Labs. Because our platform provides immediate access to digital services and utilizes highly intensive computing resources (AI processing via third-party APIs) the moment a video is generated, we have a strict refund policy in place.

By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

  1. Standard Policy: No Refunds
    Since AI ULTRA is a virtual, digital product and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credit returns for any of the following situations:

Buyer’s Remorse: Changing your mind after purchasing a credit pack or a plan.

Unused Credits: Failing to use your allocated credits before a Weekly or Monthly plan expires.

Output Dissatisfaction: Because AI generation is subjective and unpredictable, we cannot offer refunds if you are simply unhappy with the artistic style or specific result of a generated video, provided the AI system functioned as intended.

Lack of Usage: Forgetting to use the web app after making a one-time purchase.

  1. Special Cases and Exceptions
    We value our users and want to ensure fairness. While our standard policy is strictly no refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit adjustment only under the following special circumstances:

Duplicate Charges: If a billing glitch or system error causes you to be charged multiple times for the exact same transaction.

Non-Delivery of Service: If a critical technical failure on our end completely prevents you from receiving the credits or plan access you purchased, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue or deliver the credits to your account.

Note: Any refund approved under these special circumstances is granted as a one-time exception and does not obligate us to provide refunds in the future.

  1. How to Request a Review for Special Cases
    If you believe your situation falls under one of the special cases listed above, you must contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To request a review, please email us with the following details:

The email address associated with your AI ULTRA account.

Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt).

A detailed explanation of the issue (e.g., proof of a duplicate charge).

Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which may take several days to process depending on your bank.

  1. Chargebacks and Disputes
    We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any issues before contacting your bank or credit card company. Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your AI ULTRA account and the forfeiture of any remaining credits.
