  1. Introduction
    Welcome to AI ULTRA. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AI ULTRA website, web platform, and associated services (collectively, the “Service”), which are owned and operated by Kunu AI Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

  1. Description of Service
    AI ULTRA provides an artificial intelligence-based tool that allows users to generate, edit, and manipulate video content using text prompts, images, and other inputs (“User Content”). The Service utilizes advanced third-party AI models to process these inputs and return generated video outputs.
  2. Purchases, Billing, and Credits
    Our Service operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system and fixed-term plans. By making a purchase, you agree to the following billing terms:

One-Time Purchases: All purchases made on the platform are strict, one-time transactions. We do not store your payment information for automatic renewals, and there are no hidden subscription traps. To continue using the Service after exhausting your limits, you must manually purchase a new plan or credit pack.

Credit Packs: If you purchase a standard Credit Pack, your credits do not expire. They remain in your account until they are fully consumed.

Weekly/Monthly Plans: If you purchase a time-bound Weekly or Monthly Plan, the credits allocated to that plan must be used before the end of your specific billing cycle date. Unused credits from these plans will expire at the end of the term.

Refunds: Due to the high computational costs of processing AI videos, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, expired plan credits, or if you are dissatisfied with a specific AI-generated output, except where required by law.

  1. Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights
    Your Inputs: You retain all ownership rights to any original text, images, or audio (User Content) you upload to the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses to use the content you upload.

Your Outputs: You own the full commercial rights to any video you generate on our platform using your credits. You are free to monetize these videos on platforms like YouTube, use them in digital marketing, or distribute them commercially.

Platform Rights: Kunu AI Labs retains all intellectual property rights to the AI ULTRA platform, its original design, source code, logos, and features.

  1. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
    You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute content that is:

Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or highly offensive.

Sexually explicit or pornographic.

Designed to spread misinformation, deepfakes of non-consenting individuals, or impersonate public figures maliciously.

Infringing on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or right of privacy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or liability, if you breach this Acceptable Use policy.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Because AI generation is inherently unpredictable, Kunu AI Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the exact accuracy, reliability, or quality of any specific video output generated by the AI.
  2. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall Kunu AI Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Keonjhar, Odisha, India.
  4. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
